You had too much to drink OR you ate too much and are now feeling like you’re suffering from a severe “hangover”. That doesn’t mean that you can’t do any exercise! In fact, something gentle might be just what you need to feel a little better, once your stomach has settled down and you have had plenty of fluids. If you are dehydrated, it is not a good idea to go full out at the gym to try and punish yourself . Brain fog and reduced coordination are also reasons not to engage in any hardcore workouts. Instead, why not do three rounds of a gentle body weight workout in your pjs.
If a light workout is just not going to happen, spend time stretching. That seems to be the last thing anyone has time for in their busy schedules!
