Boxing is a fun way to relieve stress and get in shape. JL’s boxing drill class is an excellent way to burn fat/build muscle while you focus on boxing techniques and drills. JL will make sure you are well surrounded and comfortable. Women/Children and men are welcomed it is a great class for any and all.
Each class incorporates cardio, core work in addition to resistance & isometric exercises. What’s best you will burn fat without even realizing it, as your mind will be focused on the boxing techniques and drills.
No experience required and all equipment is provided, but if you have your own gloves, bring ’em!
