All programs are designed specific to the individual, group or team, their present fitness level, training timeframe and individual/team objectives.

  • 1hr sessions – athletes are provided with a dynamic warm-up, target training session (rehab/prehab segments and/or yoga are included) and cool-down/discussion
  • Individualized take home exercises (primarily rehabilitative) when required
  • Moga (Mobility + Yoga)
  • Youth Athletic training (2-6 youths)
  • Adult Athletic training (2-6 people)

JL MCBAIN

JL is a certified personal trainer, certified Yoga Tune Up teacher, Yoga Teacher & Mobility trainer who works with athletes & teams involved in all levels of sport from recreational to pre-professional and professional. She has 25 years of fitness experience and is a first place fitness model with the I.D.F.A. (International Drug Free Athletics).  She currently works with professional athletes including NHL player’s & Nashville Predators, CFL Ottawa RedBlacks, Ottawa Fury, OHL Ottawa 67′s, in addition to working with associations such as the Ottawa Junior 67′s AAA and Ottawa Sting Minor Hockey.  JL has been featured on CTV news and Canada’s #1 Fitness magazine INSIDE Fitness.
