All programs are designed specific to the individual, group or team, their present fitness level, training timeframe and individual/team objectives.
JL is a Leve 1 Personal Trainer, Performance Recovery coach & Yoga Tune Up teacher, who works with athletes & teams involved in all levels of sport from recreational to pre-professional and professional. She has 25 years of fitness experience and is a first place fitness model with the I.D.F.A. (International Drug Free Athletics). JL has formerly worked with professional athletes including NHL player’s & Nashville Predators, CFL Ottawa RedBlacks, Ottawa Fury, OHL Ottawa 67′s, in addition to working with associations such as the Ottawa Junior 67′s AAA and Ottawa Sting Minor Hockey. JL has been featured on CTV news and Canada’s #1 Fitness magazine INSIDE Fitness.
