This Smash & Burn boxing drills class is a fun way to relieve stress and get in shape.
Each class incorporates plyometrics, core and isometric exercises; all geared toward smashing your calories hard!! What’s best you will burn fat and build muscle without even realizing it, as your mind will be focused on the boxing techniques and drills.
No experience required and all equipment is provided, but if you have your own gloves, bring ’em!
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 3 HOURS PRIOR TO CLASS or a 5 dollar fee will be applied.
