JL Core Energy Studio
JL’s strength classes focus on a combination of free weight and barbell exercises, while including core & mobility strengthening exercises between sets. JL takes pride in ensuring that everyone in her classes are given the personal attention they need in order to achieve their own individual fitness goals. Each exercise can be modified to fit an individuals fitness level. Jl can also modify any class to enable those with recent or past injuries to participate.
For those that want to become members of JL Core, this program will also include: a body fat composition analysis testing, full body measurements and a suggested food plan to help you stay on track. This program will provide participants with lots of variation aimed at maximizing weight loss and muscle growth. Muscle growth is a key componant to preventing injury and illness as we age.
Classes are restricted to 6 participants. This provides a personal training experience without the cost of one-on-one sessions. As a member, your presence is important. At JL Core we care about your attendance and progress, making sure to check in with you often.
