Fitness Enthusiast & Goaler U Mom

I train almost everyday and have for years, whether it's for the next marathon or half, I'm always looking to improve my fitness levels (and my times). I incorporate regular strongman and strength workouts into my schedule along with proper stretching. After taking one of JL Core Yoga  classes (with my son's hockey team), I realized what all the hype was about (and what I was missing in my training plan). JL's carefully explained and demonstrated exercises brought my muscles much needed relief and restored my flexibility. My son, a goalie on a competitive hockey team looks forward to JL's sessions.
