I have had the pleasure to have JL work with me at our resort in the Bahamas.  She has conducted personal training and group yoga.  Her energy,  knowledge and aggressive approach to wellness training is very impressive.  My wife has experienced her remarkable knowledge in mobility therapy; yielding significant results for her.  My only problem,  as stated in the islands,  is she isn't in Nashville where we could use her routinely.  JL has become part of family at Grand Isle.
